Pam began her career as a consultant with MBL Group and went on to manage HR functions in fast-paced, high growth environments for privately held, publicly traded and nonprofit organizations. In returning to MBL, she brings to work over 15 years of experience building HR programs with multi-state and multi-national organizations in creating custom solutions for our clients.

Pam has a passion for learning and problem-solving and her experience has taught her that while you never need to recreate the wheel, you never do the same thing twice. She has a genuine generalist background, from compensation to staffing, policy and program development, to employee relations, benefits and payroll management. Pam has a BS in Business Administration, Human Resources from Portland State University and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
