Include total non-capital expenses (e.g., payroll, insurance, benefit costs, rent, utilities, maintenance, etc.) to be utilized by your organization in the current year to operate your organization. This information is typically found on IRS Form 990. Exclude capital costs not counted toward the operation of your business, including property acquisition, construction, and rehabilitation.
