Requirements: Degree in Nutrition or related field,
Food Handler's Certificate, plus three to five years
of experience.

based on assessment of individual needs. May counsel clients in
nutritional principles, diet and food selection.
Requirements: Degree in Nutrition or related field, Food Handler's Certificate, plus three to five years of experience.

Core Functions: Responsible for preparing and cooking food for
residents or patients. Plans menus. May inventory and/or order
supplies. May serve the food. Follows necessary guidelines for
food handling and safety.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and Food
Handler's Certificate. Typically requires two to three years
of experience.
