Prior to co-founding the MBL Group in 1992, Jim held senior human resources positions with PacifiCorp and Electro Scientific Industries.

Jim leads MBL Group's Stewardship Services practice working with mission driven sustainable companies and not for profit organizations. He talks the language of sustainability and understands how the triple bottom line carries with it broad implications for human resources management.
