applications, software, hardware, and peripherals.
Advises, contributes ideas, and participates
in decisions regarding department operations
including development of policies. Keeps abreast
of new and evolving technologies and techniques
for training personnel. Evaluates effectiveness
of training.
Requirements: Typically requires 3+ years experience
in creating technical training materials. Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science preferred.

Core Functions: Develops and conducts training
programs for employees. Participates in analysis
studies to determine training needs within company.
Confers with management to gain knowledge of
specific work situations requiring employees
to better understand changes in policies, procedures,
and regulations. Formulates teaching outline
and determines instructional methods such as
individual training, group instruction, lectures,
demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
Requirements: Typically requires 2+ years of
previous experience. Bachelor’s degree
in training, education, human resources or related
field preferred.
