Technician Support Representative NEW
Core Functions: Provides external customer support by resolving and assisting customers in the use of telecommunications equipment. Primary source of contact for employees and customers to report system problems. Investigates and troubleshoots through problem recognition, research, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex problems to technical staff or supervisor.

Requirements: Typically requires 1+ year of telecommunications or help desk experience. Associate’s degree in electronics preferred.

Telecommunications Technician NEW
Core Functions: Installs, troubleshoots, maintains, tests, and repairs telecommunication systems and hardware. Monitors, verifies, and repairs network equipment performance through on-site inspection, testing and quality checks. Identifies and replaces malfunctioning or inoperative equipment, such as circuit cards or processing units. Performs repairs and preventative maintenance.

Requirements: Typically requires 3+ years of telecommunications experience. Associate’s degree in electronics preferred.

Dispatcher NEW
Core Functions: Receives incoming installation and service requests, posts all related work orders, and ensures the assigned technician arrives at job site at the prescribed time. Schedules technicians and dispatches technicians to service and installation sites. Checks with technicians upon arrival to and departure from job site. Communicates with technicians prior to install dates to verify assignments.

Requirements: Typically an entry level position, previous dispatch experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
