Recreation Program Coordinator
Core Functions: Supervises and coordinates the recreation and/or aquatic programs to meet guest needs. Recruits, hires, trains, schedules, and evaluates staff and volunteers. Assists with preparation and monitoring of program budgets. Ensures that health, safety and sanitation standards are maintained.

Requirements: Prior supervisory experience preferred. First Aid and CPR certifications required.

Recreation Instructor
Core Functions: Oversees daily operation of recreation programs. Provides leadership and group organization in an enthusiastic, positive manner. Encourages all guests to participate. Organizes and directs participants. Schedules use of facilities and fields. Maintains records of equipment. May lead and provide instruction in areas such as dance, drama, crafts, games, and sports.

Requirements: Working knowledge of related recreational area required. Degree/current coursework in recreation or related field preferred. First Aid and CPR certifications required.

Fitness Instructor
Core Functions: Instructs or coaches groups or individuals in various exercise activities, including one or more of the following: aerobic exercise, yoga, muscle toning, strength and endurance, stretching, swimming, and educational information. May assist with weight room duties. May provide individual training sessions, starting with fitness/goal assessment.

Requirements: 3+ years of group/class instruction in the fitness industry required, Bachelor's degree relating to fitness preferred. May be required to possess ACE, AFAA, or ACSM certification.

Lifeguard
Core Functions: Enforces water safety regulations consistently. Rescues swimmers in distress. Provides emergency care, first aid and other treatments, as required. Prepares and maintains appropriate activity reports. Cleans pool, deck, and storage/mechanical areas.

Requirements: 6+ months related experience required. First Aid and CPR certifications required. Must possess lifesaving certification by a recognized source of training, such as Red Cross Swim and Water Safety Instruction Program.

Equipment Rental
Core Functions: Cleans and prepares equipment for rental. Maintains accurate daily equipment usage and financial records. Answers guest inquiries about equipment and assists guests under proper circumstances. May open and/or close facility.

Requirements: First Aid and CPR certifications required.
