Core Functions: Facilitates commercial lending

apply for loans. Contacts organizations to determine

obtain the loan from Loan Officer's institution.
Gathers personal information about businesses
to analyze the creditworthiness of the borrower
and the probability of repayment. May involve
travel to prepare complex loan agreements.
Requirements: 2+ years bank lending experience,
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or
a related field preferred.

Core Functions: Reviews, examines, and completes
complex searches of records to determine the
condition of a title for various types of properties.
Researches the insurability of a title based
on policy, applicable laws, property inspection,
and other environmental issues. Manages complex
examinations including commercial and specialty
properties, bankruptcies and foreclosures.
Requirements: 5+ years experience in title
examination, title searching, abstracting or
underwriting. Broad knowledge of national title
requirements. Bachelor’s or Associate’s
degree in Business, Real Estate or related field
preferred.

legal condition. Verifies coverage of property
and insurability of legal descriptions. Reviews
restrictions and prepares report outlining restrictions

experience assisting in escrow.
