Production Supervisor NEW
Core Functions: Supervises and coordinates the
activities of employees engaged in the production
of goods. Enforces safety and sanitation regulations.
Reads and analyzes charts, work orders, production
schedules, and other records and reports, to
determine production requirements and to evaluate
current production estimates and outputs. Plans
and establishes work schedules, assignments,
and production sequences to meet production
goals. Inspects materials, products, or equipment
to detect defects or malfunctions.
Requirements: 3+ years supervisory experience
in manufacturing or related role preferred.

Assembler - Lead NEW
Core Functions: Works as part of a team responsible
for assembling an entire product or component
of a product. Should have the ability to perform
all tasks in the assembly process and may rotate
tasks rather than being assigned to a specific
task on a permanent basis. Assists the supervisor
in determining work assignments and procedures.
Requirements: Typically requires 1+ year of
related experience.

Assembler NEW
Core Functions: Assembles and attaches components and hardware in a prescribed manner using power or hand tools, testing devices, gauges, and other equipment to form complete units or sub-assemblies at a bench, conveyor line, or on the production floor. Checks for proper fit or adjustment and makes necessary adjustments
Requirements: Typically an entry level position requiring little to no previous experience.

Machinist
Core Functions: Produces new and replacement
parts for mechanical equipment by using machine
tools, such as lathes, milling machines, and
machining centers. Plans and prepares for the
operation by utilizing blueprints, sketches,
and detailed calculations. Provides set ups
and tool adjustments for pilot tests and final
productions. Repairs minor machine malfunctions.
Requirements: Journey level position, requiring
vocational or apprenticeship training or equivalent
experience.

Warehouse Coordinator
Core Functions: Loads, unloads, and moves materials
within warehouse, to worksite, or delivers to
other location. Follows work orders. Processes
purchase order receipts. Answers questions and
locates products within warehouse. Assists with
special projects when needed. May process returned
products. May wrap, pack, and crate merchandise
and inventory when required.
Requirements: Prior shipping and receiving
experience preferred.

CAD/Drafter
Core Functions: Prepares technical drawings
and plans used by production and construction
workers. Works from details of sketches and/or
engineering specifications, scaling, verbal
information, technical guides, and vendor catalogs.
Uses technical handbooks, tables, calculators,
and Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) techniques.
Requirements: Typically requires 2+ years of
drafting experience, Associate's degree/postsecondary
training in Drafting.
