IT Manager
Core Functions: Manages all data processing activities, including systems analysis, programming, computer systems, and technical support. May oversee telecommunications, database management, and hardware/software training. Provides data processing services to all user departments. Establishes technical standards, procedures, and priorities. Selects or recommends product purchases. Provides daily management of IT staff.

Requirements: 5+ years of related experience, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field typically required.

Systems Analsyst
Core Functions: Analyzes and modifies existing Information Systems. Confers with defined users to define challenges, systems and solutions. Evaluates and recommends equipment modifications or additions. Provides technical advice and support to users including creating reports, data extracts, and data analysis.

Requirements: 2+ years of experience, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field typically required.

Programmer
Core Functions: Programs mid-level projects for the organization. Uses business knowledge and programmer skills to integrate functions, tools, and information to enhance end-user productivity. Analyzes existing system/program logic to make recommendations and revisions. Codes, debugs, and documents programs.

Requirements: 2+ years of related experience, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred.

Network Administrator
Core Functions: Responsible for the planning, implementation, management, and support of the local and wide area server and workstations. Plans and designs network infrastructure, including hardware and software platform recommendations. Manages performance and maintains security of LAN/WAN. Responds to user problems and diagnoses problems using network system tools.

Requirements: 1+ year of experience. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. MCNE certification preferred.

Database Administrator
Core Functions: Oversees the design, development, and monitoring of IT databases. Writes and tests programs for new or modified systems. Manages implementation, backup recovery, and documentation functions. Ensures database quality, integrity, and performance. Oversees availability of disk space for existing and projected database requirements.

Requirements: 3+ years of related experience, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science typically required.

Help Desk Analyst
Core Functions: Provides technical support to internal computer users. Acts as a first level problem and resolution resource while answering questions, providing advice, troubleshooting, and following up. Partners with vendors and IT staff to diagnose, analyze, and resolve computer hardware and software problems.

Requirements: 1+ year of related experience preferred.

Webmaster
Core Functions: Designs and implements internal and/or external web sites. Utilizes HTML or other programming language to convert documents in preparation for web site postings. Consults with users during document planning and design phases. May use application programming and scripting as required.

Requirements: Requires strong writing skills and information technology background, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related study preferred.

NOC (Network Operations Center) Engineer NEW
Core Functions: Monitors, troubleshoots, and supports telecommunication and data networking equipment. Maintains servers and networks in a high demand, high availability environment. Plans and implements new systems, networks, enhancements and upgrades. Implements and maintains system and network security. Recommends processes and procedures. Develops documentation and disaster recovery plans.

Requirements: Typically requires 3+ years of experience in network operations and support. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field preferred.
