Night Auditor
Core Functions: Prepares and distributes daily reports that recap all ledger activity. Calculates and updates guest ledger balances, posts charges and adjustments. Balances the location daily sales summary. Resolves problems arising from guest complaints, reservation, and room assignment activities. Provides feedback to the day shift. Utilizes excellent communication and organizational skills while maintaining a focus on the guest.

Requirements: Typically requires 1+ years of related experience and working knowledge of accounting procedures.

Front Desk Clerk
Core Functions: Registers arriving guests and assigns rooms. Maintains records of room assignments and other registration data. Assists guests with check out, prepares and explains the charges, and processes payments. Maintains a clean and orderly front desk area, while continuously providing courteous and helpful guest service.

Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and guest service experience preferred. Previous hotel, resort, or recreation experience is preferred.

Bellperson
Core Functions: Provides luggage pick-up and delivery upon guest arrival and departure. Performs on-property deliveries (dry cleaning, flowers, etc.). Greets and assists guests as needed. Provides guests with information about hotel activities and the surrounding area. May transport guests in a passenger van.

Requirements: Typically an entry level position requiring little to no previous experience.

Concierge
Core Functions: Assists guests with restaurant reservations, recreation and fitness requests, floral orders, event tickets, dry cleaning, transportation, and other requests. Projects an approachable and professional image and appearance at all times. May assist the Sales/Conventions departments with group/VIP arrivals, amenities, welcomes, and other special needs.

Requirements: Typically an entry level position requiring little previous experience. Previous hotel, resort, or recreation experience is preferred.

PBX Operator
Core Functions: Utilizes switchboard to answer incoming telephone calls. Directs callers to proper person or department. Provides courteous, timely and accurate service when transferring calls. Receives and sends guest faxes. May record phone messages, distribute internal mail, or assist with other office duties.

Requirements: 6+ months previous customer experience preferred.

Housekeeping Supervisor
Core Functions: Oversees the work standards and performance of all housekeepers, room cleanliness, product inventory control, and lost and found. Ensures that all guest rooms, meeting areas, halls, linen closets, carts, equipment, and other hotel areas are kept clean, neat, and in proper working order. Supervises the training of new housekeepers.

Requirements: 2+ years supervisory experience in a housekeeping or related role preferred.

Housekeeper
Core Functions: Performs routine daily cleaning of assigned rooms: changes bed linen, replaces towels, cleans bathrooms, vacuums, mops and dusts, maintains upkeep on vacant rooms, and maintains orderly cart and storeroom. Prioritizes workload according to guest arrivals and departures. Updates Housekeeping Supervisor/Lead about ordering supplies and items when needed.

Requirements: Typically an entry level position requiring little to no previous experience.

Laundry
Core Functions: Ensures that hotel linens, towels, and other materials are washed, dried, folded, and ironed (as needed) as scheduled. Cleans lint traps from dryers daily. Checks and cleans drains as necessary. Maintains clean laundry area, sweeps and mops floor, cleans washers and dryers, empties trash, and organizes carts.

Requirements: Typically an entry level position requiring little to no previous experience.

CDL Driver
Core Functions: Inspects truck and cargo prior to leaving facility. Drives truck (with defined capacity) to transport goods or materials. Maintains truck log according to regulations. May prepare records for loads picked up or collect payments for goods delivered.

Requirements: Previous driving experience and a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.

Van Driver (>16 Passenger) / Messenger
Core Functions: Transports guests to and from defined destinations. Performs messenger or light pickup or delivery tasks. Records assigned routes and mileage. Tracks items against receipts and invoices. Maintains travel and vehicle logs.

Requirements: Previous driving experience and Class C driver's license required.
