Core Functions: Supervises and trains cashier
staff. Receives and oversees a variety of payments
and other cash and cash-related transactions,
verifies and posts to appropriate accounts and
issues receipts. Prepares daily cash bags for
cashiers. Maintains and balances vault cash
and daily cashier charge activity. Investigates
and resolves any out-of-balance problem. Prepares
cash receipts for bank deposit. Prepares daily
cash reports and balances the cash drawer.
Requirements: 2+ years of customer service
experience. High school diploma or equivalent
typically required.

Core Functions: Receives incoming cash for purchases.
Determines correct change by analyzing sales
slips or cash receipts. Accepts and records
payments on customer accounts. Examines and
counts money. Answers questions in person and
over the phone.
Requirements: 6+ months customer service experience
preferred.

Core Functions: Supervises the call center's
day-to-day operations and activities, including
but not limited to, call load, service level,
and training. Serves as point of contact for
Call Center representatives. Analyzes call load/queues
to determine staffing needs. Monitors programs
and procedures to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Typically requires 2+ years customer
service and supervisory experience, industry
knowledge and applicable coursework preferred.

Core Functions: Answers customer questions and
concerns regarding accounts, products, or services.
May place outbound calls in response to customer
questions. Serves as a contact between customers
and organizational departments. Troubleshoots
customer problems and resolves within defined
guidelines. Assists supervisor during evening
hours and as needed. Assists with selecting
and training new hires as needed.
Requirements: 2+ years of related experience
and industry knowledge typically required.
