Project Manager
Core Functions: Oversees various projects of a highly complex nature. Responsible for developing project team, assigning individual responsibilities, and identifying necessary resources. Creates work plans, schedules, and calendars. Develops and reviews project funding and expense budgets. Communicates with senior management or key stakeholders regarding project status. This position can be found in a variety of industries and disciplines, for example Construction, Information Technology, and Finance.

Requirements: Typically requires 5+ years of related experience in project management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Management Analyst (Project Coordinator)
Core Functions: Leads the design and development of studies of organizational functions and systems through work measurement and workflow analysis to establish and refine procedural standards. Prepares, schedules, and coordinates various departmental programs. Reviews feasibility of proposed projects. Coordinates preparation of revenue forecasts. Ensures revenues are available to cover programs.

Requirements: Typically requires 3+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree a major in Business Administration or related field.

Assistant Project Manager NEW
Core Functions: Supports Project Manager by developing the scope of assigned projects. Compiles RFPs (Request for Proposals) and bid documents. Collects data on progress and timeframes for status and updates of assigned projects. This position can be found in a variety of industries and disciplines, for example Construction, Information Technology, and Finance.

Requirements: Typically requires 1+ years of experience in project management and advanced knowledge of the organization/project area. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Quality Assurance Coordinator / Specialist NEW
Core Functions: Audits current work process and measures compliance with the internal policies and procedures directly related to Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics. Presents audit findings to management team. Identifies recurring problems and makes procedural recommendations.

Requirements: Typically requires 1+ year of related experience in internal quality control. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
