Branch Manager NEW
Core Functions: Oversees the daily activities of branch employees, including officers without direct commercial lending responsibilities. Manages the retail sales and service function of a branch. Increases sales thorough developing associates, expanding customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and exceeding customer service expectations.

Requirements: 3+ years of management experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field preferred.

Operations Officer NEW
Core Functions: Supervises employees in a bank or branch operation. Responsible for a portion of the bank’s daily operations. Provides information and assistance to customers. Resolves banking problems for customers. Assists Branch Manager by participating in the scheduling of hours and the hiring and performance management of employees.

Requirements: Typically requires 2+ years of supervisory or senior teller experience.

New Account Representative NEW
Core Functions: Cross-sells banking services to new prospects and existing customers. Opens new accounts and transfers accounts for customers, suggests referrals for a variety of bank services. Interviews new account customers and performs other functions such as setting up records, verifying references, and holding uncollected funds. Initiates initial loan documentation. Answers and obtains credit ratings. Answers a variety of customer inquiries and maintains a working knowledge of bank services.

Requirements: Typically requires 1+ year of banking experience.

Investment Consultant NEW
Core Functions: Sells mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and credit products. Performs cold calls through leads or referrals to build customer base. Conducts investment seminars and participates in various community and business activities to develop relationships and prospective clients.

Requirements: Typically requires 3+ years experience with investments and insurance. Current Series 7 and 66 certification required.

Loan Officer - Consumer
Core Functions: Facilitates consumer lending by finding potential clients and helping them apply for loans, including home equity, automobile, and personal loans. Gathers personal information about consumers to analyze the creditworthiness of the borrower and the probability of repayment.

Requirements: 1+ year bank lending experience and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.

Teller
Core Functions: Performs a variety of banking window services for bank customers. Receives and distributes money, and keeps records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions. Prepares and issues money orders, travelers checks, and Series E bonds. Prepares required reports and balances daily transactions. Balances currency, coin, and checks in cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. May open new accounts. May accept utility bill and loan payments.

Requirements: Previous customer service experience and 6+ months of bank teller experience preferred.
