Parts Management NEW
Core Functions: Inventories stock and reorders when drops to specified level. Maintains records pertaining to purchases, sales, and requisitions. Listens to and resolves customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel. Directs and supervises employees engaged in sales, inventory, accounting, or performing specific services such as pumping gasoline for customers.

Requirements: 2+ years of related experience and vocational school training or Associate’s Degree typically required. Supervisory experience preferred.

Auto Parts Counter Sales NEW
Core Functions: Core Functions: Sells spare and replacement parts and equipment in a repair shop or parts store. Determines replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers' descriptions of malfunctions. Receives and fills telephone orders for parts. Fills customer orders from stock.

Requirements: 6+ months of related or customer service experience preferred.

Service Management NEW
Core Functions: Directs and coordinates activities of the workers concerned with the repair of automotive equipment. Directs procurement of automotive equipment and materials, supplies, and parts required to provide automotive maintenance. Coordinates automotive repair and maintenance services to obtain maximum utilization of automotive equipment. May also perform automotive repairs.

Requirements: 3+ years of related experience and vocational school training or Associate’s degree typically required. Supervisory experience preferred.

Service Technician (Certified) NEW
Core Functions: Aligns and repairs wheels, axles, frames, torsion bars, and steering mechanisms of automobiles, using special alignment equipment and wheel-balancing machines. Uses diagnostic equipment to examine vehicles, compiles estimates of repair costs, and secures customer’s approval to perform repairs. Installs and repairs air conditioners and service components such as compressors, condensers, and controls. Rebuilds, repairs, and tests automotive fuel injection units. Removes and replaces defective mufflers and tailpipes. Repairs and rebuilds clutch systems.

Requirements: ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification required. 6+ months previous experience preferred.

Body Shop Technician NEW
Core Functions: Repairs and refinishes automotive vehicle body and straightens vehicle frame. Follows supervisor’s instructions as to which parts to restore or replace. Removes damaged sections of vehicle and installs replacement parts. Files, grinds, sands, and smoothes filled or repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools. Sands body areas to be painted and covers bumpers, windows, and trim with masking tape or paper to protect them from the paint.

Requirements: 6+ months of related experience and vocational school training preferred.
