Executive Assistant
Core Functions: Provides senior management with administrative support of a highly complex and responsible nature. May be assigned to one key executive. Gathers and prepares information that is often confidential and sensitive in nature. Utilizes independent judgment and initiative. May act as recording secretary for the Board of Directors and other high profile meetings.

Requirements: 4+ years experience, Associate's degree, and knowledge of organizational policies and practices required.

Administrative Assistant
Core Functions: Provides wide variety of administrative and staff support functions for a department or organizational unit, including monitoring/maintaining budgets and accounting records, copying materials, purchasing equipment and supplies, obtaining bids, overseeing office supply inventory, and preparing reports. Assists with correspondence and note taking. May be responsible for office organization, records maintenance (hard/electronic copies, database), and other administrative functions.

Requirements: Intermediate level position typically requiring 2+ years of related experience.

General Clerk
Core Functions: Performs semi-routine clerical duties, including document processing, record keeping, creating reports, working with figures, operating simple office machines, and contacting vendors. Answers telephones, directs calls, and dispenses information to the public. May perform data entry and produce reports.

Requirements: Intermediate level position typically requiring 1+ year’s previous experience with typing, computers, and 10-key.

Receptionist
Core Functions: Performs all reception duties, including greeting visitors and clients, operating multi-line telephone, answering calls and directing inquiries to appropriate staff in a courteous manner, recording messages, and dispensing information to the public. Pages/finds employees when necessary. May perform other duties such as typing, filing, copying, and overseeing mail/fax delivery.

Requirements: Entry level position requiring at least 6+ months of related experience.

Data Entry NEW
Core Functions: Transcribes, deciphers, and codes routine to moderately complex alpha/numeric data. Verifies data for accuracy and completeness.
