Dianne
has over 30 years of human resources expertise. Dianne's compensation expertise
began with a leading forest products industry employer, Boise Cascade. She has
since led Human Resources teams, with a focus on compensation, for prominent firms
such as Mentor Graphics, Boyd Coffee, and Lilly Miller. During her tenure at Mentor
Graphics, Dianne held the position of Compensation Business Partner for Global
Sales. In this role, she had oversight for the compensation and focal systems
for Global Sales. Dianne was a faculty member for Portland State University's
Professional Development Program, teaching the Human Resources Compensation course.
She is a former Board member and Board President of Columbia Willamette Compensation
Group (CWCG). Dianne is a Certified Compensation Professional and has a Bachelor
of Arts, Humanities from Marylhurst College. Dianne is an outstanding project
leader and communicator. |
