Paul, one of the founders of the firm, brings over 40 years of HR experience to the MBL Group. He is the business manager of the firm. His background includes executive management roles with Fortune 500 companies including PacifiCorp, Wells Fargo Bank, and First Interstate Bank. Since forming MBL Group, he has put his expertise to work for a wide variety of organizations, from large to small, public and private, for profit and nonprofit in a range of industries.

Paul is a trusted advisor to owners and key executives. His in-depth experience includes all aspects of corporate restructuring, strategic planning, executive search and selection, compensation design and management and employee relations conflict resolution. He is well versed in employment law and has a BS in business administration and finance. Paul is a member of several for profit and nonprofit Boards of Directors.
