His background includes executive management roles with Fortune 500 companies such as Wells Fargo Bank, PacifiCorp and First Interstate Bank. Since forming MBL, he has put his expertise to work for a variety of companies, from start-up ventures to stable organizations going through change.

Paul is a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs in a wide range of industries. His in-depth experience includes all aspects of corporate restructuring, strategic planning, compensation design and employee relations. He is well versed in employment law and has a BS in business administration and finance.
